These Terms and Conditions govern the submission, editorial review, payment and publication of press releases through Sportsnet News. By submitting a press release or making payment, the submitter confirms that these terms have been read, understood and accepted.
ये नियम एवं शर्तें Sportsnet News के माध्यम से प्रेस विज्ञप्ति जमा करने, संपादकीय समीक्षा, भुगतान और प्रकाशन पर लागू होती हैं। प्रेस विज्ञप्ति जमा करके या भुगतान करके आवेदनकर्ता इन नियमों को पढ़ने, समझने और स्वीकार करने की पुष्टि करता है।
1. Eligibility and Authority
पात्रता और अधिकार
The submitter must be authorised to submit the press release and must have the right to provide all text, photographs, logos, documents, quotations and other material included with the submission.
आवेदनकर्ता को प्रेस विज्ञप्ति जमा करने का अधिकार होना चाहिए तथा प्रस्तुत किए गए पाठ, फोटो, लोगो, दस्तावेज, उद्धरण और अन्य सामग्री के उपयोग का वैध अधिकार होना चाहिए।
The submitter is responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions, approvals and consents before submission.
आवेदनकर्ता प्रस्तुत सामग्री के लिए आवश्यक अनुमति, स्वीकृति और सहमति प्राप्त करने के लिए स्वयं जिम्मेदार होगा।
2. Accuracy of Information
जानकारी की सत्यता
All information submitted must be accurate, lawful and capable of reasonable verification.
प्रस्तुत की गई सभी जानकारी सही, वैध और उचित रूप से सत्यापित की जा सकने वाली होनी चाहिए।
The submitter is responsible for names, dates, designations, results, claims, statistics, quotations, contact details and other factual information contained in the press release.
प्रेस विज्ञप्ति में दिए गए नाम, तिथियां, पदनाम, परिणाम, दावे, आंकड़े, उद्धरण, संपर्क विवरण और अन्य तथ्यात्मक जानकारी की जिम्मेदारी आवेदनकर्ता की होगी।
Sportsnet News is not responsible for losses or disputes arising from incorrect, incomplete, misleading or unauthorised information provided by the submitter.
आवेदनकर्ता द्वारा दी गई गलत, अधूरी, भ्रामक या अनधिकृत जानकारी से उत्पन्न विवाद अथवा हानि के लिए Sportsnet News जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
3. Editorial Review
संपादकीय समीक्षा
Every submission is subject to editorial review before approval or publication.
प्रत्येक प्रेस विज्ञप्ति स्वीकृति या प्रकाशन से पहले संपादकीय समीक्षा के अधीन होगी।
Sportsnet News may:
- edit headlines;
- correct grammar, spelling and language;
- improve readability and structure;
- shorten repetitive or irrelevant material;
- request documents or clarification;
- remove unsupported, defamatory or unlawful claims;
- format photographs, captions and supporting information;
- optimise the content for online presentation and search visibility.
Sportsnet News निम्न कार्य कर सकता है:

Material changes affecting the central meaning of the press release may be discussed with the submitter where reasonably necessary.
प्रेस विज्ञप्ति के मूल अर्थ को प्रभावित करने वाले महत्वपूर्ण परिवर्तनों पर आवश्यकता होने पर आवेदनकर्ता से चर्चा की जा सकती है।
4. Right to Accept or Reject
स्वीकार या अस्वीकार करने का अधिकार
Submission of a press release does not guarantee approval or publication.
प्रेस विज्ञप्ति जमा करने से स्वीकृति या प्रकाशन की गारंटी नहीं होती।
Sportsnet News may reject or return a submission where the content is:
- false, misleading or unverifiable;
- defamatory, threatening or unlawful;
- plagiarised or submitted without authority;
- primarily personal abuse or an unsupported allegation;
- contrary to editorial standards;
- unrelated to the intended publication service;
- incomplete or lacking essential supporting information;
- harmful to the rights, reputation or safety of another person or organisation.
Sportsnet News ऐसी सामग्री को अस्वीकार या सुधार के लिए वापस कर सकता है जो:
- झूठी, भ्रामक या अप्रमाणित हो;
- मानहानिकारक, धमकीपूर्ण या अवैध हो;
- साहित्यिक चोरी पर आधारित हो या बिना अधिकार के भेजी गई हो;
- व्यक्तिगत आरोप या अप्रमाणित शिकायत पर आधारित हो;
- संपादकीय मानकों के अनुरूप न हो;
- सेवा के उद्देश्य से संबंधित न हो;
- अधूरी हो या आवश्यक सहायक जानकारी के बिना हो;
- किसी व्यक्ति या संगठन के अधिकार, प्रतिष्ठा या सुरक्षा को नुकसान पहुंचाती हो।
The administrator or publisher’s editorial decision will be final.
एडमिन या प्रकाशक का संपादकीय निर्णय अंतिम होगा।
5. Payment
भुगतान
Payment will normally be requested only after the submission has been reviewed and provisionally approved for publication.
भुगतान सामान्यतः प्रेस विज्ञप्ति की समीक्षा और प्रकाशन के लिए प्रारंभिक स्वीकृति के बाद मांगा जाएगा।
The applicable package price and any selected additional services will be displayed or communicated before payment.
लागू पैकेज शुल्क और चुनी गई अतिरिक्त सेवाओं की जानकारी भुगतान से पहले दी जाएगी।
The submitter must verify the package, amount and services before completing payment.
भुगतान से पहले पैकेज, राशि और सेवाओं की जांच करना आवेदनकर्ता की जिम्मेदारी होगी।
6. Refund Policy
रिफंड नीति
Once payment has been completed, the amount is non-refundable.
भुगतान पूरा हो जाने के बाद राशि वापस नहीं की जाएगी।
A refund may be issued only where:
- the press release is rejected by the administrator or publisher after payment;
- Sportsnet News cancels the approved publication;
- publication cannot be completed because of a technical, legal or editorial decision made by Sportsnet News.
रिफंड केवल निम्न परिस्थितियों में दिया जा सकता है:
- भुगतान के बाद प्रेस विज्ञप्ति को एडमिन या प्रकाशक द्वारा अस्वीकार कर दिया जाए;
- Sportsnet News स्वीकृत प्रकाशन को रद्द कर दे;
- Sportsnet News के तकनीकी, कानूनी या संपादकीय निर्णय के कारण प्रकाशन संभव न हो।
No refund will be provided where:
- the submitter withdraws the press release after approval or payment;
- the submitter changes the event, announcement or publication plan;
- publication is delayed due to missing documents, corrections or non-response;
- the submitter fails to provide requested clarification;
- the press release has already been edited, scheduled or published;
- a social-media or additional service has already been performed;
- Google does not index or rank the published page as expected.
निम्न परिस्थितियों में रिफंड नहीं दिया जाएगा:
- स्वीकृति या भुगतान के बाद आवेदनकर्ता प्रेस विज्ञप्ति वापस ले;
- आवेदनकर्ता कार्यक्रम, घोषणा या प्रकाशन योजना बदल दे;
- दस्तावेजों की कमी, सुधार या उत्तर न देने के कारण प्रकाशन में देरी हो;
- आवेदनकर्ता मांगा गया स्पष्टीकरण उपलब्ध न कराए;
- प्रेस विज्ञप्ति का संपादन, शेड्यूलिंग या प्रकाशन हो चुका हो;
- सोशल मीडिया या अन्य अतिरिक्त सेवा पूरी की जा चुकी हो;
- Google प्रकाशित पेज को अपेक्षित रूप से इंडेक्स या रैंक न करे।
Any approved refund will ordinarily be returned through the original payment method, subject to payment-gateway processing timelines and applicable deductions.
स्वीकृत रिफंड सामान्यतः मूल भुगतान माध्यम के जरिए किया जाएगा और यह भुगतान गेटवे की समय-सीमा तथा लागू कटौतियों के अधीन होगा।
7. Publication Timeline
प्रकाशन समय-सीमा
Publication timelines may vary depending on editorial workload, verification requirements, requested corrections, payment confirmation and the urgency package selected.
प्रकाशन की समय-सीमा संपादकीय कार्यभार, सत्यापन, आवश्यक सुधार, भुगतान पुष्टि और चुने गए तात्कालिक पैकेज पर निर्भर कर सकती है।
Any indicated publication time is an estimate unless expressly confirmed in writing.
लिखित रूप से पुष्टि न होने तक बताई गई प्रकाशन समय-सीमा अनुमानित मानी जाएगी।
8. Photographs, Logos and Supporting Material
फोटो, लोगो और सहायक सामग्री
The submitter grants Sportsnet News permission to use, resize, crop, format and publish submitted photographs, logos and other supporting media in connection with the press release and its promotion.
आवेदनकर्ता Sportsnet News को प्रेस विज्ञप्ति और उसके प्रचार के लिए प्रस्तुत फोटो, लोगो और अन्य मीडिया को उपयोग, आकार बदलने, क्रॉप करने, व्यवस्थित करने और प्रकाशित करने की अनुमति देता है।
The submitter must not provide copyrighted or private material without proper permission.
आवेदनकर्ता उचित अनुमति के बिना कॉपीराइट या निजी सामग्री प्रस्तुत नहीं करेगा।
Sportsnet News may add a photo credit where appropriate and where the correct credit has been supplied.
उचित स्थिति में और सही जानकारी उपलब्ध होने पर Sportsnet News फोटो क्रेडिट जोड़ सकता है।
9. Google Search and Online Visibility

A published press release receives a publicly accessible page on Sportsnet News and may be submitted or made available for indexing by search engines.
प्रकाशित प्रेस विज्ञप्ति को Sportsnet News पर सार्वजनिक पेज मिलता है और उसे सर्च इंजन इंडेक्सिंग के लिए उपलब्ध कराया जा सकता है।
Google and other search engines independently determine whether, when and where a page appears in search results.

- Google indexing;
- a specific keyword ranking;
- first-page placement;
- Google News inclusion;
- a fixed number of views, clicks or enquiries.
Sportsnet News निम्न की गारंटी नहीं देता:
- Google इंडेक्सिंग;
- किसी विशेष कीवर्ड पर रैंकिंग;
- पहले पेज पर स्थान;
- Google News में शामिल होना;

10. Corrections After Publication

Reasonable factual corrections may be requested after publication.

Sportsnet News may refuse requests that substantially replace the approved press release, introduce new claims, alter the original announcement or require extensive rewriting.

Significant post-publication changes may be treated as an additional editorial service and may involve an additional fee.
प्रकाशन के बाद बड़े बदलाव अतिरिक्त संपादकीय सेवा माने जा सकते हैं और उन पर अतिरिक्त शुल्क लागू हो सकता है।
11. Removal of Published Content
प्रकाशित सामग्री हटाना
Sportsnet News may correct, suspend or remove published content where:
- credible legal or factual concerns arise;
- material is found to be unauthorised or misleading;
- a competent authority requires removal;
- publication violates applicable law or editorial policy;
- payment is reversed, disputed or fraudulently made.
Sportsnet News प्रकाशित सामग्री को सुधार, निलंबित या हटा सकता है यदि:
- विश्वसनीय कानूनी या तथ्यात्मक प्रश्न उत्पन्न हों;
- सामग्री अनधिकृत या भ्रामक पाई जाए;

- भुगतान रिवर्स, विवादित या धोखाधड़ी से किया गया हो।
Removal after publication does not automatically create a right to refund.

12. Third-Party Services
तृतीय-पक्ष सेवाएं
Payment gateways, social-media platforms, search engines and other third-party services operate under their own policies and systems.

Sportsnet News is not responsible for third-party outages, account restrictions, algorithm changes, search-engine decisions or payment-processing delays beyond its reasonable control.
Sportsnet News तृतीय-पक्ष सेवा बाधा, अकाउंट प्रतिबंध, एल्गोरिदम परिवर्तन, सर्च इंजन निर्णय या अपने नियंत्रण से बाहर भुगतान देरी के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
13. Limitation of Responsibility

Sportsnet News provides an editorial publication and distribution service. Publication does not constitute government recognition, federation recognition, legal certification, endorsement or verification of every claim made by the submitter.

The submitter remains legally responsible for the information and material supplied.

14. Changes to Terms
नियमों में परिवर्तन
Sportsnet News may revise these Terms and Conditions when required. The terms displayed at the time of submission or payment will apply to that transaction.
Sportsnet News आवश्यकता के अनुसार इन नियमों एवं शर्तों में संशोधन कर सकता है। आवेदन या भुगतान के समय प्रदर्शित नियम उस लेन-देन पर लागू होंगे।
15. Acceptance
स्वीकृति
By selecting the acceptance checkbox, submitting the form or completing payment, the submitter confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, the Editorial Policy, Payment Policy and Refund Policy.
स्वीकृति चेकबॉक्स चुनकर, फॉर्म जमा करके या भुगतान पूरा करके आवेदनकर्ता इन नियम एवं शर्तों, संपादकीय नीति, भुगतान नीति और रिफंड नीति को स्वीकार करता है।
